Well they don't replace your iris (your eye color), jus the top layer of the eye that covers the iris and pupil, which is actually clear. But I agree that if I could change my eye color with a necessary surgery, I'd go for it :)

If i were to get a transplant, i'd want a different coloured eye so then i could have split colours
