Don't upload copyrighted material, harassment, spam, gore, pornography, or anything that looks like pornography. If you do, we will ban you, delete all your uploads, report you to the authorities if necessary, and prevent you from viewing any videos hosted on UpALL.co ever again.By using or visiting the UpALL website you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). If you do not agree to any of these terms please do not use the Service. The terms of service are subject to change by UpALL at any time in its discretion. Your use of this site after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes. Please consult the terms of service regularly.UpALL reserves the right to remove or replace any uploaded files, and assumes no liability for lost registration links or misplaced file URLs.

You may not upload, submit, post or transmit under any circumstances videos that:

• Violate any law or may be considered to violate any law.
• Infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user.
• Files that advertise any commercial endeavor (e.g., offering for sale products or services) or otherwise engages in any commercial activity.
• Nudity or pornography, or anything that may be confused as nudity or pornography.
• Gore or "shock" videos that are that are intended to be offensive, disgusting and/or disturbing to viewers.

Uploading abusive videos may result in the immediate termination of the user's ability to use UpALL or any of its provided services. Circumventing UpALL's ability to enforce the UpALL Terms of Service will result in prosecution.

To report any type of abuse, send email using the Request Removal page. It may take up to 7 days to process deletion requests.
No information is sold or released to anyone about visitors to UpALL without prior consent or a court order. In other words, no information is released to anyone unless you give permission first.

When visiting any Internet site, your unique address called an "IP address" is recorded. UpALL does not release any information about the collection of this address to any third party except under court order. UpALL archives the log files in order to create aggregate statistical reports, detect errors on the web site, and for security reasons. The log files are eventually deleted.

Your privacy is important to us. UpALL's service is free for all to use, and prior registration is not needed.

UpALL will explicitly ask when it needs information that personally identifies you. All personally identifiable information UpALL collects is only gathered with your voluntary act. UpALL keeps all information private and does not, and will not, share it with any third parties except under these circumstances:

• When such action is necessary to conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process.
• When such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of UpALL.

UpALL Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.

All files are copyrighted © to their respective owners. UpALL directs full legal responsibility of files to their respective users.

UpALL is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time.

Termination for breach: UpALL may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) or block or remove any content you submitted if UpALL determines that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage UpALL's reputation and goodwill. If UpALL deletes your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for the UpALL Service. UpALL may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

Effect of Termination/Account deletion: In the event of account deletion for any reason, content that you submitted may no longer be available. UpALL shall not be responsible for the loss of such content.
User agrees to indemnify and hold UpALL harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of User's Files or use of any other feature or service. This expressly includes:

• User's responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.
• Any defamatory or unlawful material contained within User's Files.

By accepting these terms, you waive and hold harmless company from any claims resulting from any action taken by UpALL during or as a result of its investigations and/or from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by either UpALL or law enforcement authorities.
