This just happened near where i live. the guy said the baby stroller must have been going 20-30 mph at one point before it stopped. there is some controversy about whether or not the lady should have even had the kid in the first place. lucky day all the way around...

  the vid doesn't tell the whole story. the guy honked and waved off other cars and used his truck to block the intersection so the stroller wouldn't be hit. then he chased it down...
